Meet the Team
We believe whole-heartedly in the team concept at Haley Hahn. To us, it's not an option.
From the owner on down, the team has specific duties to perform, and all are highly valued, integral parts of the Haley Hahn machine... that's the nuts and bolts of running a successful business and winning satisfied customers.
We understand the importance of positive customer relationships and the impact on our success and know that first impressions are important... that's why we'd like you to meet the Team and learn a little about each one of us.

Chuck Haley / Owner
Chuck, a licensed general contractor in NC has over 25 years experience in home improvements. Chuck is also a licensed NC Home Inspector. He has dedicated his entire career to providing top quality maintenance free home products and services.
As a result, he has researched manufacturers and products that would allow folks more time to do the things they wanted to do instead of constant home maintenance.
Chuck is a very active member at his church (Oak Ridge United Methodist
Church). He has served on many leadership committees and he also
plays the guitar for the worship team "Npraise".
When Chuck can find some free time he also
enjoys crappie and striper fishing and also shooting his air guns.
Chuck lives with his wife Sylvia who is an
RN and is now doing volunteer work for the church and the Stephen Ministry
program.

Gary Hahn/owner
Gary, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the team in June 2003 and became co-owner with Chuck in November 2003 after 25 years with a national public accounting firm.
After being actively involved in the daily operations of the Company for 3 years, Gary returned to public accounting in August 2006 with a large local public accounting firm. Gary has a broad background in accounting and financial operations and while not involved in the daily operations of the Company, serves as an advisor and integral part of the team.
Gary is dedicated to providing quality products and installation at a fair price. Gary believes every customer should receive prompt courteous attention from every member of the team.
Gary is an active member of Oak Ridge United Methodist Church, currently serving as chairman of the building committee. He is also active as a member of his homeowner's association board, currently serving as Treasurer.
Gary’s wife Jane is a retired Guilford County school teacher. Gary and Jane’s son Michael and his family currently live in Quincy, Massachusetts where he is an area HR manager for Lowes Companies.

Harriet Stephens /office manager
Harriet, with over 20 years experience in office management, is considered command central at Haley Hahn Home Solutions. She is most likely one of the first voices you'll hear when you call us. Harriet does a superb job keeping everyone's schedules and the office running like a well-oiled
machine.
When not in the office, Harriet, and husband Homer, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. They also enjoy sports, and
relaxing with friends at Smith Mountain Lake.

Ron Prince / Gutter Shield Manager
Ron came to the Haley Hahn Team with 13 years of technical support, customer
service, sales and marketing experience, and is responsible for estimating,
scheduling and follow-up on all Gutter Shield jobs. His favorite thing to
do is remodeling, which shows in the enthusiasm and attention to details
that he brings to each client.
Ron is dedicated to doing the job right the first time and establishing a
good, lasting working relationship with each and every client. His
extensive knowledge of gutter installation allows him to quickly and
efficiently determine and meet your needs.
